Wellbeing & Craft Courses

We know that feeling good in yourself is important, and our courses and craft workshops are designed to give you some ‘me’ time while learning new skills in a fun, friendly and supportive setting. Come along and make some new friends!

Professional Development

We’ll help you upskill with the vital training you need to do your job, with accredited qualifications in teaching, trainer skills, advice provision, Health & Safety and First Aid at Work.

If you need to brush up on the basics, then we can help you master your Maths and English in a supportive, adult setting – you’ll find it’s very different from school, and much more enjoyable.

Prince’s Trust

Prince’s Team Programme is a 12 week personal development programme, free to all 16 - 25 year olds who are currently not in education, employment or training. Fun, inspiring – and successful!

Parenting Courses

We offer the opportunity to learn or revisit key parenting skills. We provide a sound basis for anyone looking after children or wanting to work in the childcare sector.

Our fee structure: ALL of our courses are fully funded (FREE) to anyone claiming benefits, but you need to meet the criteria set by the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) who fund our courses.

To be eligible for a free course you must be: 

  • Aged 19+
  • Unemployed and in receipt of a benefit, job seeking or working 16 hours or less a week and earning no more than £520 per month
  • And have lived in the UK or an EU country continuously for the last 3 years on the first day of their intended course

Anyone who hasn’t lived in the UK or EU for the required 3 years is eligible if they meet the criteria above and have been granted one of the following: (We are required to see evidence of residency in the form of visas and relevant home office documents, this is to ensure we meet our funding requirements)

  • Refugee status
  • Humanitarian Protection
  • Indefinite Leave to enter/remain
  • Discretionary Leave to enter/remain
  • Leave to enter to accompany a spouse.

If you are NOT in receipt of benefits: you can still take advantage of the reduced (Co-Funded) price, as long as you are a UK resident or have been resident in an EU member state for at least 3 years.

If you are NOT in receipt of benefits and NOT from the UK or EU: you must pay the full course cost.
