For 16 – 18 year olds

Overview

If live in Plymouth and you’re not in education, training or employment and are between 16 and 18, you are eligible for our LEAP Programme. A 6 week programme designed to get you back into work or education.

1 in 7 young people in the UK are considered NEET (Not in education, employment or training). Specially designed programmes like LE@P are used to help our young people get back on track.

What's involved?

  • Face-to-Face Group Sessions: Monday to Friday, 9.45am–4pm
  • 1:1 Personal Support: Every Friday
  • Work Preparation: Build your CV, practice interview skills, and explore career options
  • Health & Wellbeing Support: Prioritise your wellbeing and boost your confidence
  • Money & Budgeting Help: Learn how to manage your finances and plan for the future
  • Digital Skills: Get support to improve your digital confidence
