Contract & Curriculum Lead (TLC) (REF ETFG0026)

Based: Torbay- also required to work at other sites as directed 

Salary: £24,000 to £32,000 doe

Help us to expand and develop our Employment and Skills programme, growing our business and enabling more people to overcome barriers and achieve their potential!

This is primarily a quality focused role, in which you will be responsible for checking the provision of our subcontractors and action planning areas for improvements: developing interesting and relevant course materials (or sourcing these); delivering or effectively sourcing internal staff training in education, mentoring, IAG etc; maintaining a high quality of provision through IQA; managing short term projects that link to mainstream activity (e.g. ESF or grant funded). 

You will have excellent IT skills and knowledge of the education sector, enabling you to ensure the quality of our regulated and non-regulated provision via quality resources, appropriate staff training and sub-contract management. You will also be able to bring new ideas to the board, by contributing to Business Development and bid writing.

Employment & Skills Mentor (Health & Wellbeing) (Ref 0024)

Based: Wiltshire- also required to work at other sites as directed (Must have a valid driving licence, car available, business use insurance for any business-related travel)

Salary: £18,000 – £24,000

We’re looking for an experienced teacher/ tutor, who can deliver health and wellbeing learning packages with engagement through arts and heritage. You will be able to enthuse and inspire learners who may have been out of a learning environment for many years, and/or have had previously low expectations of enjoying the learning process!

You will be able to plan and deliver interesting and relevant qualifications; assess learners and evaluate your delivery, maintaining prescribed standards and meeting the requirements of funding / quality bodies (Ofsted, MATRIX, etc). You will be able to develop teaching and learning resources that meet the learner and curriculum needs in a holistic and effective way. You will work with employers as appropriate or when required to help identify and design training packages, also to develop work experience, supported internships, traineeships, apprenticeships and progression opportunities and select suitable candidates and support applications for workplace opportunities.

Employment & Skills Tutor (ICT) (Ref 0023)

Salary: £18,000 to £24,000 (pro rata)

Based: Wiltshire (also required to work at other sites as directed. Must have a valid driving licence, car available, business use insurance for any business-related travel)

30 hours per week (may include work during evenings, weekends and bank holidays)
